GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
Firmamız bünyesinde yetiştirilmek üzere Robotik Süreç Otomasyonu (RPA) danışmanı arıyoruz. RPA günümüzün en hızlı büyüyen yazılım çözüm alanlarından birisidir.
Adaylarda aradığımız temel özellikler:
- Tercihen üniversitelerin Bilgisayar veya Matematik Mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun,
- Tercihen yazılım sektöründe en az 2 yıl tecrübeli,
- HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, JSON, String Concantenation, Regular Expression, konularında tecrübe sahibi,
- Microsoft .NET geliştirme ortamına veya C# diline hakim,
- MS SQL Server veri tabanında bilgi sahibi
- Kendisine verilen görevleri eksiksiz ve zamanında yerine getirebilecek sorumluluğa sahip,
- Analitik düşünebilen ve takım çalışmasına yatkın,
- Değişime ve öğrenmeye açık, yaratıcı ve sonuç odaklı arkadaşlar arıyoruz.
- Sunduğumuz teknoloji ve eğitim dili nedeniyle iyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır.
ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Min. 5 years of successful software sales experience with quota, Managed Finance, Telecommunications, Retail, Manufacturing and Holding accounts.
- The ideal candidate must have his/her own portfolio of these accounts,
- Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques,
- Will be able to make pipeline management and reporting,
- Goal oriented and a self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed,
- Successful candidates must have experience of managing full sales cycle,
- Accurate forecasting skills,
- Ability to sell to high-level executives using articulate value propositions,
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
- Strong communication skills, including cold calls, proposal preparation, presentation and selling skills,
- No travel obligation both domestic and abroad.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle of software products and solutions (prospecting, finding, developing and closing opportunities),
- Responsible for managing and targeting accounts, and the update of CRM entries regularly on time.
- Make customer visits and/or remote meetings in line with the target sectors and product / system / solution segments and complete the annual visit targets.
- Make the necessary plans in line with the monthly and annual sales targets that have been communicated by the manager.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers,
- Recognizing customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address the opportunities,
- Maintaining current revenue and focusing on identifying new opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth,
- Maintaining partner structure. Follow up all the projects that are sold until the delivery of the customer, to receive regular reports and to take action in case of any issues.
- Work and collaborate with the technical departments for the customer satisfaction.
